Differences between Cancellation and Withdrawal

Withdrawal: can be made within 14 days of subscription and only if no trips have been covered, with the result that the withdrawal provides for retroactive termination of cover and reimbursement of the premium, less costs and taxes.

Cancellation: can only be made after 14 days of subscription or if a trip was covered within the first 14 days. With cancellation, cover ends immediately and the remaining unused premium (if any), less fees and taxes, will be refunded. Claims will only be accepted in the event of an accident during covered travel.
